propriété électriquesIndex. décimale : 530 Physique Résumé : En raison des effets des nouvelles propriétés physiques des nanomatériaux, ils présentent un grand intérêt pour les études théoriques et les applications technologiques. Les couches minces d'hématite (α-Fe2O3), phase la plus stable d'oxyde de fer ont été considérés comme un candidat prometteur dans plusieurs domaines notamment la photovoltaïque, la photo catalyse, l’optoélectronique et la spintronique. Les propriétés de l'hématite peuvent être grandement améliorées avec l'addition de dopants. Dans ce but, des couches minces d'oxyde de fer non dopées et dopées au Calcium ont été préparées en utilisant le procédé Sol-Gel. La concentration en dopant varie de 3%, 5% , 7% et 14%. Les propriétés structurales, morphologiques et optiques des échantillons élaborés ont été caractérisées par diffraction des rayons X, spectroscope électronique à balayage et spectres UV- visible.
