Résumé : |
The use of Cone beam CT (CBCT) systems is rapidly expanding in the developed world. In this thesis , six patients (eight cases ) treated with CBCT technique, it allow the acquisition of 3D image , prostate patient setup procedure, discuss the positioning accuracy , image quality, and illustrate its potential use for image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) through selected clinical examples.
In Center Fight Against Cancer (CFAC) of Setif we have used the CBCT system, an integrated computer workspace provides automated acquisition of projection images (2D) than, 3D image reconstruction, CT to CBCT image registration, current image quality has already proven sufficient for the matching and couch shift calculation. The system demonstrates submillimeter localization precision and sufficient soft-tissue resolution to visualize structures of the prostate.
This article reviews the current methods of assurance quality of OBI and CBCT using phantoms. Moreover, we expect the range of clinical applications for CBCT to grow as imaging technology continues to improve. |
