Résumé :	Radiotherapy is an essential element in the treatment of head, neck, and prostate cancers. It uses radiation to destroy cancer cells, exploiting their inability to repair the damage caused by the radiation compared with normal cells. However, the repopulation of cancer cells during treatment intervals can influence the effectiveness of radiotherapy. This complex phenomenon raises crucial questions about alternative fractionation and its impact on tumor control probability (TCP). This dissertation explores the effect of repopulation on TCP in the context of ENT (ear, nose, and throat) and prostate cancers, focusing on theoretical models and clinical results. Through four detailed chapters, we will examine the fundamentals of clinical radiobiology, mathematical models of TCP, and the impact of cell repopulation on treatment efficacy. By addressing these themes, this work aims to contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics of tumor repopulation and to pave the way for more effective treatment strategies, personalised for each patient.
