Résumé : |
This work was devoted for the synthesis of two series of α-aminophosphonates from two aliphatic amines with different carbon chains, to see the influence of chain length on the physicochemical properties, biological activities, as well as on the quantum properties of the obtained molecules. The aminophosphonate esters were synthesized, under microwave, via the Kabachnik-Fields reaction, from a primary amine, acetaldehyde and diethylphosphite, while the aminophosphonic acids were obtained by acid hydrolysis. All the molecules synthesized were characterized by the usual physico-chemical methods (TLC, IR, UV-Vis, etc.). Then, they were subjected to in vitro experiments, in order to determine their biological activities (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity). Finally, the computer tool was used for the theoretical study of the structural and electronic properties by the Density Functional Theory (DFT), using the Gaussian09 software, The obtained results are very satisfactory. |
