Ce travail se compose de cinq chapitres indépendants, précédés d'une introduction générale qui met en évidence l'art du sujet et les problèmes abordés = The work constituting this thesis is a contribution to the mathematical modeling and analysis of certain models applied in biology and medicine. We are interested in studying the existence of solutions for certain models using techniques based on functional analysis and non-standard analysis. This work is then composed of five independent chapters, preceded by a general introduction which highlights the art of the subject and the problems addressed.
