The solution includes a website and mobile app for booking appointments with nearby nurses and doctors, and arranging home visits, and accessing pharmacy duty schedules. The study analyzes Algeria's healthcare challenges and outlines requirements for a cross-platform solution. Modern web technologies like React and Express were used for development. The research involved identifying barriers to healthcare access in Algeria and designing features to address these challenges. The user-centric platform integrates various healthcare services into a unified digital ecosystem. Rigorous performance testing and user feedback were conducted to evaluate the solution's effectiveness. Results indicated significant improvements in healthcare accessibility, user satisfaction, and overall healthcare delivery efficiency. The findings highlight the potential of cross-platform healthcare services to enhance healthcare delivery in Algeria, leading to better health outcomes and improved quality of life by leveraging digital technologies and user-centric design principles.
