Les états d'interface jouent un rô1e capital, le plus souvent néfaste' dans le
fonctionnement des dispositifs à semi-conducteur. Aussi s'éfforce-t-on en général de
réduire leur densité le plus possible. Pour cela, il faut pouvoir évaluer leur densité' leur
répartition dans la bande interdite et, si possible, leurs caractéristiques (section efficace'
constante de temps etc.).
Cette thèse peut être résumée sous trois chapitres:Dans le premier chapitre,nous
avons rappel6 quelques aspects th6oriques concernant les semi-conducteurs et en
particulier les structures MIS-MOS. Quelques méthodes de caractérisation électriques de
ces structures ont été également présentées'
Dans le deuxième chapitre, nous avons présenté un nouveau
développé,Pour la représentation de la structure Mls tunnel.Ce
considération toutes les grandeurs électriques utilisées séparément
antérieurs, en particulier la résistance série et la conductance d'oxyde'
Dans le troisième chapitre nous avons étudié les caractéristques capacité-tension
d,une structure MIS et f influence de la conductance d'oxyde et de la résistance série sur
ces caractéristiques. La dépendance en fréquence de la conductance due aux états
d'interface a été aussi étudiée. I1 a été montré que la densité d'états d'interface est
fortement influencée par la résistance s6rie. Finalement, nous avons étudié L’effet d'un
éventuel bruit dans les caractéristiques c-v et G-V sur la précision de calcul de la
densité d'états d'interface ainsi que la constante de temps.

L'objectif de cette thèse de Doctorat est la présentation, l'étude, et l'application de la technique de reconstruction d'image en 2D et 3D par Tomographie Neutronique à Transmission. La tomographie neuronique à transmission a connue un développement presque similaire à celui de la tomographie aux rayons X, et ce, depuis la découverte de lien entre transformée de Radon et celle de Fourier et la mise au point de l'algorithme de rétroprojection filtrée (FBP) pour la reconstruction d'image 2D ou 3D. Dans cette thèse, nous nous sommes intéressé, tout d'abord, aux processus de projection et de rétroprojection. Ces deux processus ont été étudiés en détails que se soit sur le plan théorique qu'expérimental. En deuxième lieu, nous avons présenté les installations sur lesquelles nous avons travaillé: la première opérationnelle implantée autour du réacteur Triga Mark II de l'ATI et la deuxième est au stade de conception et sera implantée autour du réacteur Es-Salam. Des applications spécifiques ont été développées sur un support théorique original pour la caractérisation de la transmission neutronique de certains matériaux, la mesure de la densité surfacique de l'absorbeur et la mise en évidence de l'effet du "Beam Hardening". Les erreurs de mesure et le bruit peuvent, considérablement, altérer la qualité de l'image reconstruite. Les diagraphies classiques occupent une place incontournable dans l’évaluation des réservoirs et la prospection pétrolière. Leurs apports aident à mieux définir les paramètres réservoir les plus importants. Cependant, l’application unique de ces méthodes s’avère insuffisante pour la détermination des paramètres pétrophysiques des réservoirs compacts et fracturés. Afin de combler les insuffisances des méthodes diagraphiques, nous nous sommes intéressés aux outils appropries dans les formations compactes, à savoir : les outils de mesure de pression et d’échantillonnage ainsi que les outils l’imagerie. Les diagraphies d’imagerie donnent une image des parois du puits en basant sur le contraste des propriétés physique, elles permettent la distinction entre la fermeture et l’ouverture des fractures avec précision sur leurs profondeurs, pendages et azimuts, contrairement aux diagraphies classique qui peuvent seulement indiquer leurs existences en combinant plusieurs diagraphies simultanément. Vu que l’imagerie se limite à la paroi de puits, une intégration des données du sonique scanner avec l’imagerie est souhaitable pour une meilleure appréciation sur l’étendue desfractures, sachant qu’avec le sonique scanner l’information peut atteindre les 60 pieds.Note de contenu :

ImagerieIndex. décimale : 530 Physique Résumé : L’intérêt pétrolier dans Le périmètre IN AMENAS Ⅱ (bassin d’Illizi) est intimement lié à sa position dans un environnement pétrolier très favorable, où le réservoir Cambro-Ordovicien constitue l’objectif primaire dans le périmètre IN AMENAS Ⅱ.
Dans le cas des hydrocarbures non conventionnels, on cherche à produire des hydrocarbures qui sont très difficiles à extraire, soit parce que la nature même de ces hydrocarbures les rend peu ou pas déplaçable, soit parce qu'ils se trouvent dans des couches très peu perméables, dans ce cas on parle des réservoirs compacts.
Notre étude porte sur l’évaluation des réservoirs compacts à savoir le Cambro-Ordovicien qui est lithologiquement gréseux compacts, en introduisant les résultats des pré-tests et des tests de pression.
A l’intérieur de ces couches peu poreuses et peu perméables, les hydrocarbures sont sous forme plus diffuse .donc il faut utiliser l’imagerie pour une analyse du point de vue fractures.Note de contenu : Sommaire
