Le réseau 4G/LTE (Long-TermEvolution) est défini pour plusieurs cas d’utilisation dans le
domaine de la sécurité publique. En effet, il est important de maintenir les communications
suite à une catastrophe naturelle ou le cas des transports souterrains où la couverture réseau
est totalement absente. Dans le cas d’une catastrophe, les réseaux cellulaires conventionnels
peuvent être endommagés. Pour effectuer un appel d’urgence (communication de sécurité
publique), la communication Device-to-Device (D2D) joue un rôle essentiel pour assurer
la protection du public et les secours. La communication D2D s’effectuer après la phase de
découverte des devices qui peut être centralisée (réalisée par la station de base nommée eNB
(evolved Node B)) ou distribuée (réalisée entre les Equipement d’Utilisateur (UEs)).
Dans ce contexte, nous avons étudié et implémenté un protocole nommé Multi-Hop
EmergencyCall Protocol (M-HELP protocol) qui réalise l’acheminement des appels d’urgence
des UEs dans un délai limité en prenant en considération la localisation et l’énergie des UEs.
