Les poudres ont été calcinées à 500, 700 et 900 ° C pendant 1 heures et les films mince à 500° C. Effet du type du solvant de la solution, de la température de recuit, du taux de cobalt x ont été étudiés. l'analyse DRX a montré les échantillons ferrites préparés par la solution utilisant éthylène glycol sont de meilleure qualité. La substitution des atomes divalents (M2+=Co et Ni), ne changent pas la structure cristallographique qui est toujours une structure spinelle inverse. Il a aussi été montré que le processus de recuit provoque une coalescence de plus petites grains qui entraîne une augmentation de la taille moyenne des grains . l’analyse par la spectroscopie infra rouge a confirmé la structure spinelle de nos échantillons. La caractérisation magnétique a montré que l'aimantation de saturation (Ms), rémanente magnétisation (Mr) et coercivité (Hc) augmentent avec le taux de cobalt x et lors du frittage des échantillons à 500° C et 900° C en conséquence de l'augmentation progressive de la cristallinité et de la taille des particules.
