On a

Titre : Deep Learning Model for Recognition of Genomic Signals and Regions Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Debiche ,Hadjer, Auteur ; Bilal Bouaita, Directeur de thèse Editeur : Setif:UFA Année de publication : 2021 Importance : 1 vol (55 f .)
Format de la ressource électronique : Deep Learning Model for Recognition of Genomic Signals and Regions [texte imprimé] / Debiche ,Hadjer, Auteur ; Bilal Bouaita, Directeur de thèse . - [S.l.] : Setif:UFA, 2021 . - 1 vol (55 f .) ; 29 cm.

health worldwide. Accurate diagnosis and timely intervention are crucial for
the effective management of these conditions. This study focuses on addressing these
challenges by applying deep learning models for arrhythmia classification and stenosis
detection. Arrhythmias affect millions of people globally and are associated with
increased morbidity and mortality. In this thesis we want to propose new classification
models based on deep learning that will be able to classify arrhythmias, we propose
three custom transfer learning models for simple neural network, we also proposed
five transfer learning models, as well as three attention mechanisms. In addition, we
used the signals of another dataset to train and test the vision transformer model. Our
proposed models outperformed previously published work diagnostics using the same
data, obtaining an accuracy of up to 99 %.
CAD, which is characterized by narrowing of the arteries, is a leading cause of cardiovascular
morbidity and mortality worldwide. Deep learning models trained on diverse
medical imaging datasets show promising results in the detection and localization of
arterial stenosis. So ,Also in this thesis we want to propose elliptical object detection
models based on deep learning that will be able to detect stenosis, we propose four
yolo models (v5, V7, V8 and yolo-nas last version), and we also propose three transnfer
