Résumé :	Dans ce mémoire, on s’intéresse à l'étude théorique du problème de contrôle optimal non autonome en utilisant la méthode de programmation dynamique et en appliquant l'algorithme générale pour obtenir une solution complète, justifiable et rigoureuse. Cette étude est basée sur les résultats récents de l’analyse non- différentiable = In this dissertation, we are interested to the theoretical study of the non autonomous optimal control problem using the dynamic programming method and applying step by step the algorithm to obtain a complete, justifiable and rigorous solution. This study is based on the recent results of the non-smooth analysis.
