La scintigraphie dynamique rénale est un examen non invasif de la médecine nucléaire
qui joue un rôle important dans la prise en charge de diverses maladies rénales et troubles
rénaux. Après l’injection du radio-traceur approprié, les images de la scintigraphie rénale
dynamique sont capturées par une gamma-caméra pendant une durée s’étalant de 20 à 30
minutes. Ceci permet d’avoir accès à des informations quantitatives sur le fonctionnement et
l’état physiologique des reins.
Le principal objectif du travail expérimental entrepris dans le cadre de ce projet de fin
d’études master est l’extraction manuelle de certain paramètres cinétiques de la fonction
rénale à partir des images obtenues par scintigraphie dynamique et ce, au lieu d’utiliser la
méthode automatique qui la mesure les comptages radioactifs d’une manière
automatiquement par la machine de scintigraphie. Il a été aussi question de simuler la fonction
rénale en scintigraphie dynamique à travers une modélisation théorique.
À travers le travail réalisé, nous estimons maitriser la scintigraphie dynamique rénale
dans ses différentes étaps et comment évaluer à partir de la compréhension et l’étude pratique
