Conclusion
Un des objectifs de ce travail était de concevoir de nouveaux polymères de
coordination à transition de spin. Plusieurs dérivés de dimensions variées ont été obtenus dont
un présente un réseau bidimensionnel (dérivé 2b). Néanmoins, les trois composés présentés
dans cette partie du mémoire restent à haut spin sur l’ensemble de la gamme de température
étudiée et ne présentent pas de transition de spin. Ce comportement est dû à un champ de
ligands trop faible imposé par la présence d’atomes d’oxygène dans la sphère de coordination
du métal central. Les atomes d’oxygène proviennent de l’anion polynitrile tcno2- pour le
composé 2b et sont apportés par des molécules d’eau pour les composés 1 et 2a. Dans ce
dernier cas, il est probable que l’utilisation de dianions laisse trop de sites de coordinations
libres pour empêcher la fixation de molécules d’eau. Ainsi, la réduction de la charge de
l’anion par l’utilisation de monoanion polynitrile à la place d’un dianion apparaît être une
solution intéressante pour la conception de systèmes présentant des champs de ligands

Conclusion
Un des objectifs de ce travail était de concevoir de nouveaux polymères de
coordination à transition de spin. Plusieurs dérivés de dimensions variées ont été obtenus dont

Résumé
Des complexes de métaux de transition bases de Schiff tétradentates ont été synthétisés
et caractérisés par différentes méthodes spectrales telles que l’IR, l’UV-Vis, 1H and 13C NMR,
Dept 135, et l’analyse élémentaire. Les propriétés électrochimiques des complexes
métalliques ont été menées par voltamétrie cyclique dans le DMF sur une électrode de
carbone vitreux (CV) sous atmosphère d’azote. Le coefficient de diffusion des complexes est
également déterminé, sur électrode à disque tournant EDT, en utilisant la relation de Levich
Ilim= f(ω1/2).Les complexes d’oxovanadium sont exploités dans la réaction de catalyse
d’oxydation du cyclohexène et dans la réaction de catalyse homogène de l’électroréduction
des halogénures d’alkyles dans les milieux organiques.

Le travail que nous présentons dans ces mémoire la synthèse et l’évaluation biologique d’une
base de Schiff et ses complexes de coordinations .la synthèse et la caractérisation de cette
base de Schiff a été suivie par l’élaboration de cinq complexes métallique avec le sels de
Cobalt(II),de Zinc (II),de Cuivre (II),de Cadmium (II) et Manganèse (II).Ces complexes ont
été isolés à l’état solide stables. Les produits synthétisés ont été caractérisés par IR, UVVisible
et par voltamètre cyclique. L’activité antioxydant a été évaluée en utilisant le test de
DPPH. Les complexes de cadmium (II) sont biologiquement actifs et peuvent être utilisés

Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié le comportement structural, magnétique et magnéto-optique des couches ultraminces de Fer déposées sur le Palladium (001) définies par la formule Fen/Pd (001) avec n=1, 2, 3.
Dans cette étude, nous avons utilisé un calcul ab-initio basé sur la théorie de la fonctionnelle
de densité DFT en utilisant la méthode SPR-LMTO-ASA dans le cadre de l’approximation de la densité locale des spins(LSDA). Les résultats montrent que la structure trouvée est bct (body centred tetragonal) avec un taux de tétragonalité. ????????⁄=1.316 Å

Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié le comportement structural, magnétique et magnéto-optique des couches ultraminces de Fer déposées sur le Palladium (001) définies par la formule Fen/Pd (001) avec n=1, 2, 3.
Dans cette étude, nous avons utilisé un calcul ab-initio basé sur la théorie de la fonctionnelle
de densité DFT en utilisant la méthode SPR-LMTO-ASA dans le cadre de l’approximation de la densité locale des spins(LSDA). Les résultats montrent que la structure trouvée est bct (body centred tetragonal) avec un taux de tétragonalité. ????????⁄=1.316 Å

Algérienne appartenant à la famille des Apiacées. Le screening phytochimique des parties aériennes de cette espèce qui a été basée
sur des réactions de coloration ou de précipitation et sur la chromatographie sur couche mince a montré que notre plante renferme des
métabolites secondaires importants, tels que les polyphénols, les flavonoïdes, les tanins, les stérols et triterpènes, les coumarines et
les saponosides. L’estimation des polyphénols et des flavonoides totaux a été réalisée sur des extraits méthanoliques et éthanoliques
obtenus par les deux méthodes d’extractions (macération et ultrasons). Le résultat a montré que le méthanol est le meilleur solvant
d’extraction par macération (15,75 % de rendement) des polyphénols totaux (157,819 ± 3,733 mgEAG/g d’extrait) et de flavonoïdes
totaux (23,736 ± 0,974 mgEQ/g /g d’extrait) que l’éthanol (3,87 % de rendement) (116,604 ± 5,214 mgEAG/g d’extrait, 17,973 ±
3,804 mgEQ/g d’extrait). Enfin, l’évaluation de l’activité antioxydant en utilisant le test au DPPH a montré que l’extrait
méthanolique exerce une bonne activité (0,338 ± 0,012 mg/mL), plus importante que celle de l’extrait éthanolique (0,535 ± 0,001
mg/mL) en comparaison avec le BHT dont la concentration inhibitrice égale à 0,112 ± 0,001 mg/mL. Les résultats ont révélé que le
méthanol est le meilleur solvant d’extraction par macération des composés antioxydants pour notre plante.Note de contenu : sommaire
