Dans ce présent travail, nous avons étudié l’effet du temps de dépôts sur les différentes propriétés des couches minces des oxyde de cuivre (Cu2O et CuO) élaborés sur un substrat de ITO à partir d’un bain sulfate. Où ces couches ont été déposées à différents temps de dépôt (10-40 min) avec la fixation dela température du dépôt de 65°C à un potentiel de déposition de -0.5 V /ECS et pH =12. La température de recuire est fixé à 500°C pour un temps de 1h lors de la synthèse des couches de CuO. Les mesures de Mott-Schottky et la spectroscopie UV-Visible montré que le Cu2 O type p avec un gap optique varient entre 1.6-2eV et le CuO type n avec un gap optique varient entre 1.25-1.50 eV. À partir de l'analyse MEB et AFM, on observe un changement significatifdans la morphologie, pour Cu2O en observe une structure cubique et nodulaire pour CuO. La rugosité de surface (RMS) augmente aussi lorsque le temps de déposition augmente pour les deux oxydes de cuivre. Donc on à fait une étude sur les principes fondamentaux de la synthèse électrochimique et les procédures de caractérisations électrochimique et spectroscopique, ainsi que le comportement d’un matériau d’électrode dans ces systèmes qu’est le oxyde de cuivre dopé lithium, Il est été testés comme électrodes dans des batteries au lithium et leur réponse électrochimique a été compatible avec la réaction :

Ce travail a porté sur l'étude des effets de dopage de couches minces d’oxyde de zinc par
des ions de terre rare sur leurs propriétés structurelles, morphologiques et optiques. Des films
de ZnO individuels et dopés par l’europium ont été élaborés par électrodéposition directe Ã
partir d’un bain nitrates sur un substrat en ITO. Un choix judicieux des paramètres de dépôt
nous ont permis de mieux comprendre l’influence des dopants sur la structure des films de
ZnO/Eu ainsi que sur leurs propriétés optiques. Les analyses par DRX, MEB et spectroscopie
UV-VIS a permet de confirmer la formation de ZnO avec une structure hexagonale de type
wurtzite. Les nanotiges de ZnO qui se développent à la surface sont bien alignés sous forme de
bâtonnets hexagonaux qui donnent des émissions en UV et UV Visible. L’étude montre que
L’insertion de l’europium dans la matrice du ZnO même en faible concentration provoque des
modifications structurelles et optique.

Ce travail a porté sur l'étude des effets de dopage de couches minces d’oxyde de zinc par
des ions de terre rare sur leurs propriétés structurelles, morphologiques et optiques. Des films
de ZnO individuels et dopés par l’europium ont été élaborés par électrodéposition directe Ã
partir d’un bain nitrates sur un substrat en ITO. Un choix judicieux des paramètres de dépôt
nous ont permis de mieux comprendre l’influence des dopants sur la structure des films de
ZnO/Eu ainsi que sur leurs propriétés optiques. Les analyses par DRX, MEB et spectroscopie
UV-VIS a permet de confirmer la formation de ZnO avec une structure hexagonale de type
wurtzite. Les nanotiges de ZnO qui se développent à la surface sont bien alignés sous forme de
bâtonnets hexagonaux qui donnent des émissions en UV et UV Visible. L’étude montre que
L’insertion de l’europium dans la matrice du ZnO même en faible concentration provoque des
modifications structurelles et optique.

-10 ; -50 -100 et -150 mA/cm², ont été fabriquée par électrodéposition qui représente une méthode économique, polyvalente , l’activité électrocatalytique des divers échantillons pour la réaction de dégagement d'hydrogène (HER) était étudiée dans un milieu alcalin. Afin d'obtenir une surface électrochimique active élevée (ECSA) grâce à la fabrication des nanostructures à la surface des dépôts, nous avons utilisé plusieurs techniques pour analyser les différentes propriétés des échantillons qui montrent une excellente activité électrocatalytique. Afin de fournir la plus grande ECSA conduisant à la meilleure activité électrocatalytique pour le processus de la HER, pour ce faire, la morphologie de l'alliage doit être améliorée, ce que nous avons pu réaliser grâce aux modifications multiples que nous avons apportées au procédé de dépôt électrochimique. le test de stabilité a montré qu'après 2 h d'électrolyse à une densité de courant de -150 mA/cm², la valeur du potentiel augmente légèrement indiquant que l'échantillon d'alliage obtenu avait une excellente stabilité électrostatique =The synthesis of high performance and economical electrocatalysts in the process of overall water splitting is very important for the production of hydrogen energy and has become one of the most important challenges in recent years. Here, various Ni-P with current densities of -10 ; -50,-100 and -150 mA/cm², nano structures were created using cost-effective, versatile electrochemical deposition method, and the electrocatalytic activity of various samles for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) were investigated in alkaline environment. In order to achieve high electrochemical active surface area (ECSA) due to the development of nanostructures on the surface, we used multiple techniques to analyse the samples different properties which showed excellent electrocatalytic activity.
