La grande utilisation des réseaux sociaux ore de nombreuses portes ouvertes aux individus pour
partager et exprimer librement leurs sentiments, leurs opinions et leurs critiques sur les blogs, les
tweets et les commentaires. Les micro-blogs comme YouTube, Twitter et FaceBook sont devenus
la ressource d'une grande quantité d'opinions et de sentiments non structurés en ligne. Pour
analyser et extraire des informations à partir de ces données, l'un des domaines de recherche les
plus récents de classication est utilisé.
L'opinions mining (appelée analyse des sentiments) est le moyen d'extraire des opinions en
ligne, de les analyser et de les classer, que les commentaires soient positifs ou négatifs, en fonction
de diérentes méthodes d'apprentissage automatique et de traitement du langage naturel (NLP).
Dans ce travail de recherche, nous représentons l'extraction d'opinions dans les documents de
médias sociaux et appliquons une analyse des sentiments avec des commentaires Twitter en se
basant sur l'impact du prétraitement et du nettoyage des données.
Les algorithmes d'apprentissage automatique sont nombreux, beaucoup d'entre eux sont utilis
és pour des problèmes de classication, mais les performances de ces modèles varient selon la
taille des data set utilisés.
An de procéder à l'expérimentation et d'obtenir de meilleurs résultats, nous avons opté pour
trois modèles adaptés d'apprentissage automatique et d'apprentissage profond avec d'énormes
quantités et qui sont les plus couramment utilisés dans l'opinions mining: Naive Bayes, Logistic
Regression et une technique basée sur les Réseaux de Neurones Récurrents (RNNs) connue sous
le nom LSTM (Long Short Term Memory).
La mise en ÷uvre des modèles proposés avec des paramètres donnés, et la comparaison des
résultats obtenus montre la bonne performance de notre système expérimental. Le modèle regression

Dans un second lieu, un nouvel algorithme de localisation basé seulement sur la méta-heuristique FOA est proposé. Pour valider les performances de nos approches proposées, nous avons effectué des expérimentations et nous les avons comparés avec les méthodes traditionnelles de DV-hop et DV-distance pour évaluer le taux d’amélioration. L'ouvrage se fonde pour une grande part sur le système de bases de données Oracle (versions 9i, 10g, 11g Release 1 et 2), toutefois des parallèles sont fait régulièrement avec Microsoft SQL Serveur (versions 2005 et 2008) et MySQL (version 5.1) par le biais d'encadrés et de paragraphes dédiés. COGAREIndex. décimale : 004 - Informatique Résumé : Les réseaux de régulation génétiques (RRG) permettent aux biologistes de simuler le fonctionnement d'un organisme, et facilitent la compréhension des fonctions des gènes. Ainsi, les techniques expérimentales biologiques récentes ont conduit à la production d’une énorme quantité de données sur le comportement dynamique des réseaux de régulation génétique.
Inspirant de la biologie, de l'informatique et des mathématiques, le processus de modélisation permet de décrire et de prédire le comportement des réseaux de régulation génétique. Ce mémoire s’intéresse au développement d’un algorithme pour ce problème.
La stratégie que nous avons adoptée est une approche pour la reconstruction de réseaux génomiques, basée sur l'utilisation des algorithmes génétiques. Notre algorithme propose une combinaison d'évolutions génétiques à une échelle locale d'abord, globale ensuite. Il a la capacité de traiter indifféremment des données statiques, dynamiques ou des données complémentaires. Comparé aux algorithmes existants sur des données numériques, il se révèle plus performant dans certains cas de figures, équivalent sinon.Note de contenu : Sommaire
