Résumé : |
Dans le présent travail, nous étudions la caractérisation des effets de site en se
focalisant sur la ville de Chlef, par une approche expérimentale. Cette étude se
veut comme une contribution aux projets de microzonage sismique. Nous avons
appliqué trois méthodes, celle des rapports spectraux classiques ; la fonction
récepteur et le rapport spectral H/V du bruit de fond (HVSRN). Pour une
meilleure caractérisation, nous avons installé un réseau temporaire de neuf
stations sismologiques et nous avons enregistré le bruit de fond prit sur 111
points de mesure dans la zone d’étude. Le matériel utilisé pour valider nos
mesures a été vérifié et examiné dans le laboratoire avant qu’il soit installé sur le
terrain. En vue de l’importante activité sismique dans le Nord-Ouest d’Algérie et
la longue durée de déploiement de notre réseau sur le terrain, la banque de
donnée sismique est constituée de 15 événements de magnitude comprise entre
3.1 et 4.9. Pour les résultats, deux groupes de fréquence de résonance ont été
constatés : le premier est celui de la fréquence fondamentale, observé à basse
fréquence dans toute la zone d’étude, avec des amplitudes variables dont le
maximum a été localisé dans le centre-ville. Le deuxième groupe est celui du
second pic de fréquence observé à haute fréquence, particulièrement dans la
partie Nord-Ouest de la ville. La partie expérimentale de ce présent travail a été
dotée d’un calcul théorique des courbes HVSRN afin d’expliquer l’origine
géologique des fréquences propres identifiés du sol. Les résultats obtenus sont
cohérents avec le contexte géologique local de la zone d’étude. Dans ce même
travail, nous avons exploité les courbes expérimentales HVSRN pour définir la
variation des vitesses des ondes de cisaillement (Vs) en fonction de la
profondeur, dit profil-Vs par la méthode d’inversion. Pour construire les
modèles initiaux nécessaires pour cette inversion, nous avons considéré les
données disponibles, en termes de vitesses des ondes sismiques, densités et
épaisseurs obtenues par des études géophysiques et géotechniques antérieures Ã
celle-ci. Les résultats obtenus montrent un genre de similitude dans les Vs du
Quaternaire et Miocène. Cette tentative d’inversion se considère compétente
d’effectuer des modifications dans la première étude de microzonage sismique
de la ville de Chlef réalisée en 1984, vu que nos résultats révèlent que le
substratum sismique est un Mésozoïque et non pas le Miocène supérieur. |
