- [S.l.] : Setif:UFA, 2021 . - 1 vol (122 f .) ; 29 cm.

Natural language processing is field of study that focus on building machine learning models
that can read, understand and even generate human language efficiently.
Recently, There have been huge advance and progress in the field of Natural language processing
NLP to bring efficient language models that can understand and process the huge amount of
generated textual data. The Attention mechanism and the Transformer model play a role model,
where recent studies revealed that they achieved higher performance in all NLP tasks.
This work presents a detailed study on recent advances in the field of deep learning applied
to Natural language processing, mainly in Text classification and Neural machine Translation
tasks.
In this work, 10 models in total were replicated and developed then trained and validated on
2 datasets for both Single and Multi label classification, and 2 Machine translation datasets (
Arabic-English and French-English). The experiments show that Transformer based models tend
to give better performance for both Text classification and Machine translation tasks.Côte titre : MAI/0551 En ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N3aJslYG4SGIb1-TvI4dg-d-fbD5yPEm/view?usp=shari [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Text Classification & Translation Using Transfer Learning and Transformers [texte imprimé] / Mafaza, Chabane, Auteur ; Abdelouahab Moussaoui, Directeur de thèse . - [S.l.] : Setif:UFA, 2021 . - 1 vol (91 f .) ; 29 cm.

Titre : Travel and Arrival Time Prediction Based On Historical GPS Data Utilizing Machine Learning Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Abdeldjouad Aymen Azzouz ; Mohammed Abderrahim Fellaouine ; Abdelouahab Moussaoui, Directeur de thèse Editeur : Setif:UFA Année de publication : 2023 Importance : 1 vol (87f.) Format : 29 cm Langues : Français (fre) Catégories : Thèses & Mémoires:Informatique Mots-clés : Traffic congestion Public transportation Transit Bus Predictive models GPS data Linear
Regression Gradient Boosting Random Forest RNN LSTM GRU Circulation Transport public Transport Modèles prédictifs Données GPS Régression linéaire Forêt aléatoireIndex. décimale : 004 Informatique Résumé : Due to the increased number of vehicles, traffic congestion has risen at an alarming rate,
resulting in longer travel times and reduced accessibility and mobility. To address this
problem, promoting the use of public transportation, particularly buses, is a viable solution.
However, to encourage people to take buses, reliable information on bus travel and arrival
time is necessary.
In this project, we propose developing predictive models to estimate bus journey and arrival
times based on historical GPS data and bus routes information with the Algerian leader of
Urban Transit ETUS (Etablissement Public de Transports Urbain Sétif). Where we developed
three models for estimating the total journey time: Linear Regression, Gradient Boosting
Regressor and Random Forest Regressor. As for predicting arrival times at each bus stop, we
implemented two RNN architectures using LSTM and GRU.
The results of evaluating the ground-truth dataset show that GBR outperformed the Linear
Regression model, and its performance was similar to that of RFR. As for the deep learning
models, they showed excellent accuracy, with a low error percentage.
Our study unequivocally proves that it is entirely possible to predict bus journey time and
arrival information with remarkable precision using GPS observations and bus routes
information. This capability is especially valuable in situations where data on external features

and ViT. we compare our models for the tomatoes leaf and, base CNN, VGG16, Efficient3,
and InceptionV3 Vit for the second Dataset. The recent vision transformers model gives
the performance more than the previously published works using the same data for the
Tomatoes leaf, where we obtained an accuracy up to 99.7% and for the grape we achieved
98%.
