Les données traitées en imagerie médicale sont souvent imprécises du fait du mode d’acquisition des images ou de la modélisation des connaissances de médecines.
Lorsqu’un expert examine une ou plusieurs image médicales, il prend en compte simultanément ses propre connaissances théorique ainsi que les informations fournies par les images afin d’effectuer son diagnostic.
Dans ce mémoire on a essayé, de mettre en oeuvre un état de l’art sur les différentes méthodes de segmentation d’images IRM cérébrales. Malgré la diversité de ces méthodes, nous avons remarqué qu’il n’existe pas une méthode de segmentation optimale.
Notre approche consiste à présenté l’algorithme FCM mais cette fois FCM multi agent, le multi agent consiste à réaliser les différents fonctionnalités de FCM traditionnel, chaque fonction de FCM peut être un agent dans notre cas nous avons choisi deux fonctions importantes de ce algorithme tel que le calcules des centres des classes et la fonction d’objectif, les résultats obtenu de cette opération utiliser à la suite pour compléter des étapes de l’algorithme FCM traditionnel , cela implémenter par le langage de programmation JAVA et plate forme multi agent JADE. Cela peut amplifier la performance de la segmentation d’image IRM cérébrale et le résultat obtenu.Note de contenu : Table des matières
