Le cristal de saphir dopé au titane possède beaucoup d’applications dans le domaine des lasers et des cristaux pour l’optoélectronique. Dans ce travail nous avons étudié la croissance cristalline des fibres de saphir : titane à l’aide de la technique de croissance micro-pulling down. Notre étude est concentrée sur le transfert thermique dans la zone fondue qui n’est pas accessible expérimentalement (Température élevée), et sur le transfert massique axial et radial des dopants dans la fibre tirée qu’on peut l’utiliser comme un milieu amplificateur dans les systèmes lasers, d’un autre coté on a étudié l’influence des nombres adimensionnels sur le transfert de chaleur dans le système de croissance. Ce problème qui tient compte du couplage convection-diffusion est discrétisé en utilisant la méthode FVM. Notre modèle donne des résultats qui concordent avec les résultats expérimentaux.
