Un nouveau type de reseau ad-hoc emergeant est le reseau ad-hoc de vehicules. En
raison du co^ut eleve du deploiement et de la mise en uvre d'un tel systeme dans le
monde reel, la plupart des recherches menees dans le cadre de VANET s'appuient sur des
simulations. Un element cle des simulations VANET est un modele realiste de mobilite
des vehicules qui garantit que les conclusions tirees des experiences de simulation seront
appliquees aux deploiements reels. Dans ce travail, nous avons evaluer les performances
des protocoles de routage AODV, DSDV, DSR, OLSR et GPSR a l'aide des simulateurs
SUMO et NS3.
Les resultats de la simulation ont montre qu'au niveau d'une ville le GPSR etant le
plus performant en terme de delai. Le DSR et le DSDV sont toutefois plus performants en
termes de debit, de PDR et de PLR. Alors qu'au niveau de l'autoroute le protocole DSDV
est plus performant en mode V2V, le protocole GPSR presente une meilleure performance

Un réseau véhiculaire ad hoc (VANET : Vehicular Ad hoc NETtwork) est un système des noeuds (véhicule) qui sont connecté par la technologie sans fil. Ce type de réseau est caractérisé par la vitesse très élevée des noeuds et ainsi une topologie qui change fréquemment. Toutefois, le passage des systèmes reposants sur les réseaux filaires vers les environnements sans fil a montré les limitations des protocoles du modèle OSI. Ces protocoles conçus pour l'environnement filaire ne peuvent répondre aux exigences de l'environnement sans fil. Ceci a conduit à l'émergence des systèmes multi-niveaux ou Cross-layer pour répondre aux besoins du l'amélioration des performances des systèmes sans fil, plus précisément les Vanets. Au cours de notre mémoire, nous avons proposé une approche Cross-layer dont le but est l’amélioration de protocole de routage OLSR, en offrant une coopération entre la couche physique et réseau. (En acquit tant le paramètre Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) à partir de la couche physique). Le paramètre SNR décrit la qualité des liens sans fil. Notre approche cross layer du protocole OLSR a été implémenté sous NS3. Les résultats de simulation obtenus montré une amélioration significative des performances pour notre protocole notamment le Taux de livraison de paquets, le débit moyen et le délai de bout en bout, comparé à la version originale d’OLSR.
