Titre : Biological activities of essential oil of roses and methanolical extract of rosemary Type de document : document électronique Auteurs : Rahma Krachni, Auteur ; Djamel Meskine, Auteur ; Rachid Sahraoui, Directeur de thèse Editeur : Faculté des sciences de la nature et de la vie Année de publication : 2023 ISBN/ISSN/EAN : MS/1725 Langues : Français Catégories : Thèse et mémoire:Master:Biotechnologie et valorisation des plantes Mots-clés : Rosa centifolia Essential oil Solvent extract Rosmarinus officinalis hydro- distillation . Résumé :
Global interest in the use of medicinal plants is growing, and their beneficial effects are being rediscovered to develop new natural drugs and move away from chemical drugs. In fact, the current research was inspired by this urgent demand and encouragement to turn to the use of natural medicines. In this work, a review is presented to high light research on Rosmarinus officinalis L and the Rosa centifolia plants , and to clarify the components of their essential oils, their biological activities and their benefits. Therefore, this work is meant to show the potential of their medicinal and therapeutic properties , as well as using essential oil of roses and methanol extract of Rosmarinus officinalis to study their effect on certain types of bacteria
(Escherichia coli . Bacille cereus . Pseudomonas aerugonosa . Salmonella enterica )
Our results show that there is a slite effect of the extract and the essensiel oil of our plants on defferent bacterial strains used .Biological activities of essential oil of roses and methanolical extract of rosemary [document électronique] / Rahma Krachni, Auteur ; Djamel Meskine, Auteur ; Rachid Sahraoui, Directeur de thèse . - Setif, Algerie : Faculté des sciences de la nature et de la vie, 2023.

Résumé :
Plants are considered a valuable treasure due to their numerous benefits
and wide-ranging uses in medicine, cosmetics, and more. Given the world's
current trend towards natural healing and alternative medicine, we have
chosen to focus on the plant Urtica dioica L in this topic to understand its
benefits and various applications. In this study, we conducted anatomical
analysis of different parts of Urtica dioica L and tested its antibacterial
activity using methanol extract against if you pathogenic bacteria. Our
observations and results indicate that this plant has a mild antibacterial
effect that can be utilized in combating same bacteria.Biological studies and activities of a medicinal plant (Urtica dioica L) [document électronique] / Nour elouissal Braoui, Auteur ; Hind Aouir, Auteur ; Rachid Sahraoui, Directeur de thèse . - Sétif : Faculté des Sciences de la Nature et de la Vie, 2024 . - 28 Feuilles.

Résumé :
This work aims to study the antimicrobial activity of the crude extracts of two aromatic plants, Thymus vulgaris L. and Rosemarinus officinalis L., and an experiment on the manufacture of fresh cheese with the incorporation of the extract of these two plants and the study of its effect on the shelf life of the product. Plants were collected from the region of Sétif. The powder of plants was subjected to methanol solvent extraction which was used to determine the antimicrobial activity. The activity microbial was slightly positive on some strains of bacteria for rosemary methanolic extract, the results of the extract of Thymus vulgaris as a high antibacterial activity represented with inhibition diameter of 27mm on Staphylococcus aureus in concentration 50mg/ml. The effect of the methanolic extracts has been evaluated by the following: the evolution of the physic-ochemical and microbiological parameters during 18 days .of storage at 4°C, a change in odor, and the appearance of mold was noted on the control cheese and the rose-enriched cheese which was not the case for the enriched cheese. However, the results of the hygiene quality of the cheese showed that the addition of extract of thymus vulgaris to the fresh cheese has a slight effect on bacterial f1ora (TAMF) and extends the cheese shelf life.Evaluation of antimicrobial activity of Thymus vulgaris and Rosemarinus officinalis and their use in food preservation [document électronique] / Afaf Annane, Auteur ; Rachid Sahraoui, Directeur de thèse . - Setif, Algerie : Faculté des sciences de la nature et de la vie, 2023 . - 65 Feuilles.
