spectrometry, Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant.Résumé :
This work focuses on the synthesis and characterization of new hybrid compounds based on melamine, phosphoric acid, and hydrochloric acid, aiming to evaluate their biological activities. The study included physico-chemical analyses (solubility, melting point, spectral) as well as biological tests. The results showed that the compounds possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, especially at low concentrations, while no antibacterial activity was observed against the tested bacteria. Molecular modeling (in silico) supported the hypothesis of effective binding with inflammatory receptors. Compound 1/2 demonstrated higher activity than 1/1, particularly in terms of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.Classical synthesis characterization of an organic- inorganic hybrid material, including in silico and experimental studies of its antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory [document électronique] / Imene Selma Fedel, Auteur ; Aya Nouri, Auteur ; Louiza Ouksel, Directeur de thèse . - Sétif (Algérie) : Faculté des sciences de la Nature et de la vie, Université Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1, 2025 . - 48 Feuilles ; PDF.
