Résumé :
|
In this study we examined the molecular docking scores of inhibitors found in the Salvia genus plant and their interactions with the enzymes acetylcholineesterase,alpha-glycosidase, alpha-amylase, cyclooxygenase-1, cyclooxygenase-2, butyrylcholinesterase, neuronal nitric oxide synthase and induced nitric oxide synthase done using Auto dock vina tools (Autogrid 4.2 and auto grid) plus other programs used to obtain the diagrams such as Chimera1.16 and Discovery studios 2021 to determine the most suitable inhibitor found for the enzymes in hand. the results we obtained led to the finding of a possible replacement for Drugs used to treat commonly known neuro-driven diseases where we found that Salvianolic acid derivatives can act as inhibitors for cholinesterase enzymes and n-NOS simultineously, potentially treating nerve cell degeneration diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's neglecting side effects usualy shown when treated via by commonly used drugs available in the market such as donepezil or Rivastigmine.
