Global interest in the use of medicinal plants is growing, and their beneficial effects are being rediscovered to develop new natural drugs and move away from chemical drugs. In fact, the current research was inspired by this urgent demand and encouragement to turn to the use of natural medicines. In this work, a review is presented to high light research on Rosmarinus officinalis L and the Rosa centifolia plants , and to clarify the components of their essential oils, their biological activities and their benefits. Therefore, this work is meant to show the potential of their medicinal and therapeutic properties , as well as using essential oil of roses and methanol extract of Rosmarinus officinalis to study their effect on certain types of bacteria (Escherichia coli . Bacille cereus . Pseudomonas aerugonosa . Salmonella enterica ) Our results show that there is a slite effect of the extract and the essensiel oil of our plants on defferent bacterial strains used . |
