Résumé : |
Many plants used in traditional medicine are known to treat many diseases, including plants containing anti-inflammatory compounds such as Carthamus caeruleus L., the purpose of the study was to know the content of the plant polyphenols and flavonoids. Also we study its effect as atopical anti-inflammatory. Comparison between two factories of this type from two different regions of Setif state ". (municipality of Ain Legrag and municipality of Tala Ifacen) in terms of containing these plants on various compounds, for this we prepared the extract in two generous ways and in the case of a water extract. The current work aims to identify the anti-inflammatory properties and Carthamus caeruleus L. initially, the total polyphenol content was identified, giving a promising result because it is a water extract at a level: 7.86 mg EAG/g. The total flavonoid content that gave results (5.05 ± 0.12EQ/mg) was determined in the Taal Evin region. The anti-inflammatory potential was studied using the mouse ear edema model in vivo, the results obtained were compared with indomethacin as an anti-inflammatory reference. We generally note that the extract (CrmEB) reduces the edema response by 89.19 %, which is the highest proportion of all extracts and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory endomethacin. The data collected during this study allowed us to confirm the efficacy of Carthamus Caeruleus L. and to strengthen its anti-inflammatory resistance. |
