Ce Travail de thèse porte sur l’étude des propriétés structurales et magnétiques des couches minces CoCr évaporées sous vide sur deux substrats Si(100) et verre, ayant subit un recuit thermique d’une heure, à une température de 700°C et sous un vide de 10-7 mbar. Les épaisseurs sont confinées dans la gamme 17 nm-220 nm, et les concentrations atomiques dans la gamme 82%-88% de Co, valeurs déterminées par les mesures de RBS. L’étude par DRX a montré que les films ont gardé leur structure cristallographique hcp ainsi que la direction préférentielle <0001>, après recuit. D’autre part, la taille des cristallites et les paramètres de maille ont augmenté, ce qui montre que les films sont sous contrainte du fait de la dilatation de la maille cristalline. La taille des cristallites diminue avec la teneur en Cr. Par ailleurs, les observations AFM montrent qu’une croissance du type Stranski-Krastanov est favorisée. Enfin, les mesures de cycles d’hystérésis par AGFM permettent d’affirmer que nos couches minces demeurent ferromagnétiques après recuit, avec une anisotropie planaire et une légère diminution de l’aimantation à saturation. Le champ coercitif se trouve remarquablement augmenté et une grande amélioration de la squareness caractérise les films recuits. |
