La Distillation diabétique est le procédé de séparation qui consiste à effectuer des échanges de chaleur au sein de la colonne dans la perspective d’augmenter l’efficacité thermodynamique de la distillation classique adiabatique. Dans ce travail on a développé un programme de simulation da la colonne pour séparer le mélange ammoniac-eau. La production d’entropie dans les étages est quantifiée pour comparer les performances énergétiques des deux cas de distillation. Les résultats obtenus sur nos exemples montrent que la distillation diabétique conduit effectivement à une réduction de la production d’entropie comparativement à la distillation classique mais elle nécessite quantitativement davantage d’énergie pour accomplir la séparation. |
