Professes In process engineering are present in several industries at risks require for their monitoring a precise and exploitable models. The bond graph tool by its structural and causal properties on one hand and by the multi disciplinary character for the realization of models in a generic way on the other hand,is introduced for the contribution to the design of the monitoring systems for this type of process. In this work,we present at firs the bond graph methodology with its structural and causal aspects.a presentation of the monitoring methods is made to illustrate simplicity and efficiency of the method of generation of the residues by means of the bond graph model. For the modeling of systems in process engineering,bond graph multi energies is introduced with a sensible choice for the variable of power in truth and in pseudo bond graph according to met phenomena.the application of this modeling with the extension of the monitoring method developed in simple energy on a pilot-plant of distillation shows the efficiency of the tool for the supervision of processes to risks |
