L’objectif principal de cette thèse est la détection et le diagnostic des défauts dans les roulements sous différents régimes de fonctionnement charges et vitesses variables. En plus de l’analyse fréquentielle et les indicateurs classiques de détection « Kurtosis, Skew etc… », deux méthodes ont été proposées pour l’analyse des signaux et qui seront l’objet d’une confrontation expérimentale par des signaux réels. Ces signaux ont été effectués en deux laboratoires Français : Gipsa-lab INP-Grenoble et LaMCoS INSA-LYON et qui sont utilisés pour la validation expérimentale dans l’intérêt d’améliorer la qualité du diagnostic. L’une de ces deux méthodes est basée sur l’analyse séquentielle et plus particulièrement les hypothèses test composées de Wald, l’autre méthode, est la séparation aveugle de source qui est appliquée pour séparer les différents signaux des roulements et engrenages des bancs d’essais. Les principaux résultats du présent travail ont montré l’efficacité de la méthode Wald pour palier le problème de la détection des défauts pour les signaux à bande large et aussi le gain du nombre d’échantillon pour l’analyse et le traitement des données et par conséquent un gain considérable du temps, les résultats ont aussi montré la limitation de la séparation aveugle vis-à-vis au bruit de fonctionnement. Enfin pour les différents calculs, des algorithmes ont été programmés sous Matlab et qui peuvent être objet d’un logiciel de maintenance prédictive. |
